Crafted in small batches in Leamington Spa using a traditional copper pot still, the award-winning spirits from Warwickshire Gin Company are inspired by moments in history and the unique character of the county itself. This Valentine’s season, those handcrafted flavours offer the perfect excuse to raise a glass to love, connection and a little romance.

A Valentine’s Strawberry Daiquiri

Made with the company’s 37% ABV Ghost Rum, a rich and warming spirit that’s beautifully smooth over ice or paired with lime, this is the ultimate cocktail for date night. Ghost Rum brings depth and warmth, while fresh strawberries add a naturally sweet, vibrant twist that feels perfectly suited to February celebrations.

What you’ll need:
50ml Ghost Rum
25ml fresh lime juice
25ml cane sugar
100ml fresh strawberries

Blend all ingredients with ice until smooth, then pour into a coupe or hurricane glass. Garnish with a fresh strawberry or a twist of lime for an elegant finishing touch. It’s fruity, refreshing and just indulgent enough to feel special.

A Love Story in a Bottle

The rum itself is inspired by Leamington-born boxing legend Randolph Turpin, who famously defeated Sugar Ray Robinson to become World Champion, earning the nickname “The Leamington Licker.” Bold, memorable and full of character, just like the man himself.

Also discover Pugilist Spiced Rum and Pugilist “Sting Like A Bee” Honey Rum, each offering their own distinctive flavour, perfect for creating cocktails worth toasting this Valentine’s Day.
